Transcranial laser therapy is developed to counter the clinical symptoms & signs of ischaemic stroke.The neurological deficits left by stroke victims could not be overemphasized to bring down the quality of lives of these group of patients.The use of infra red irradiation had been described as safe to bring the relative regeneration of the brain neuron and improve the neurological signs of these unfortunate group of patients.
