Here it is an interesting case of inflammatory nasopharyngeal polyps.The patient is a male of 55 years of age with left side otalgia and bilateral mild mixed hearing loss and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus type 2.He is also suffering persistent TORCH infection.The patient is now under process of controlling his blood glucose by insulin under our house- internist supervision.If you have experience(s) of such case(s) I would be glad to hear your sharing or comments.
